Prayer, Praise and Thanksgiving!

• Please pray for a pregnant client who is married and has two children but is considering abortion because her husband recently lost his job. She is also concerned about how she could take care of her other two children while caring for her newborn.

• Please pray for a client struggling with a past abortion. She lacks community and is experiencing grief, legal stress, and fear.

• Please pray for a client who is being served in a variety of our program areas and is trying to make significant, positive changes in her life moving forward.

• Please pray for a client in our STD Testing & Treatment program. She has ended a romantic relationship due to her recent diagnosis. Pray for her as she struggles with loneliness and singleness.

• Please Pray for healing for a new staff person who recently experienced a stroke. 

• Please Pray for the health and wellbeing of our clients and patients during the holidays.  

• Pray for the staff as we move into a new year of serving. 

• Please pray for a male client who doesn’t know how to cope or encourage his partner to choose life when she has her heart set on abortion.

• Praise God for the opening of the new clinic in Arvada.

• Praises for several teen moms who completed the Healthy Relationships Class and have a better understanding of the definition of abuse and know how to create boundaries.
  

• Praises for a teen mom moving into her own place. She is making strides toward self-sufficiency!
  

• Praises for several teen moms who are passing their GED subject tests. God is helping them believe in themselves again!
  

• Praises that Hope House has received two grants totaling $12,500!

• Praises for a teen mom who has moved into a new apartment. She is making significant steps toward self-sufficiency!
  

• Praises that teen moms in our program are referring other teen moms to Hope House.
  

• Praises that Hope House staff has worked hard to pick up slack under difficult circumstances.
  

• Praises that a teen mom who has struggled to pass a GED test has done so and is moving on to the next test with confidence.

Prayer Requests

• Please pray for a couple who recently broke up and is having logistical obstacles to having a baby. They are leaning toward having an abortion.
  

• Please pray for a client who is escaping a life of abuse and is pregnant. Pray God’s protection and blessing over her.
  

• Praise God for a client who changed her mind about choosing an abortion. When she came to her ultrasound appointment she was undecided, but after the ultrasound she decided to carry.
  

• Praise God for many new patients who are pursuing additional counseling sessions with our staff following their STD testing appointments.
