Worship
You are a great and mighty God, perfect in all your ways.
You call us Your children and speak to us and cause us to hear you.
Ps 103: Bless (Affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul; and all that is [deepest] within me, bless His holy name!
2 Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits—
3 Who forgives [every one of] all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases,
4 Who redeems your life from the pit and corruption, Who beautifies, dignifies, and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy;
5 Who satisfies your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle’s [strong, overcoming, soaring]! [Isa. 40:31.]
6 The Lord executes righteousness and justice [not for me only, but] for all who are oppressed.
7 He made known His ways [of righteousness and justice] to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel.
8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy and loving-kindness. [James 5:11.]
9 He will not always chide or be contending, neither will He keep His anger forever or hold a grudge.
10 He has not dealt with us after our sins nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great are His mercy and loving-kindness toward those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 As a father loves and pities his children, so the Lord loves and pities those who fear Him [with reverence, worship, and awe].
14 For He knows our frame, He [earnestly] remembers and imprints [on His heart] that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
16 For the wind passes over it and it is gone, and its place shall know it no more.
17 But the mercy and loving-kindness of the Lord are from everlasting to everlasting upon those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him, and His righteousness is to children’s children—[Deut. 10:12.]
18 To such as keep His covenant [hearing, receiving, loving, and obeying it] and to those who [earnestly] remember His commandments to do them [imprinting them on their hearts].
19 The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all.
20 Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, you His angels, you mighty ones who do His commandments, hearkening to the voice of His word.
21 Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, all you His hosts, you His ministers who do His pleasure.
22 Bless the Lord, all His works in all places of His dominion; bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul!
Is 40:31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.
Intercession
We ask for Your mercy over Jeffco’s law enforcement.
We call more believers into Jeffco law enforcement.
We ask for their wisdom and discernment.
We welcome Your removal of old, dry, cracked wineskins.
We ask for repentance of hearts that they would be prepared for Your coming, Jesus.
The Jeffco body of Christ will engage with and gain greater revelation from the Word of God.
We cast out the religious spirit from the church in Jeffco.
We ask for the hot, jealous, passionate love of Jesus to come into Jeffco believers, churches, businesses, government, education.
We ask for the sifting of the worthless from the body of Christ.
We declare Mt 6:33 over every person in Jeffco: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
We declare Jeffco commissioners will know, love and serve Jesus.
We ask for us to have the heart of little children to come to You and receive You in a new way.
We declare Heb 6:1-2: Therefore let us go on and get past the elementary stage in the teachings and doctrine of Christ (the Messiah), advancing steadily toward the completeness and perfection that belong to spiritual maturity. Let us not again be laying the foundation of repentance and abandonment of dead works (dead formalism) and of the faith [by which you turned] to God,
2 With teachings about purifying, the laying on of hands, the resurrection from the dead, and eternal judgment and punishment. [These are all matters of which you should have been fully aware long, long ago.]
3 If indeed God permits, we will [now] proceed [to advanced teaching].
We repent of building on wrong foundations in the church, continuing in dead works and not having faith in You, Lord.
We repent of allowing the religious spirit to rob the church of the elementary principles of Christ.
We declare the body of Christ is now moving forward to maturity.
We ask for the Spirit of truth and revelation to be released in Jeffco.
We declare the body of Christ has a deep desire to seek the face of Jesus.
We ask for the release of the fire of God, burning up the chaff, wood, hay and stubble.
Is 40:3-5: The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
“Prepare the way of the Lord;
Make straight in the desert
A highway for our God.
Every valley shall be exalted
And every mountain and hill brought low;
The crooked places shall be made straight
And the rough places smooth;
The glory of the Lord shall be revealed,
And all flesh shall see it together;
For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
We declare Obadiah 1:18: The house of Jacob shall be a fire,
And the house of Joseph a flame;
But the house of Esau shall be stubble;
They shall kindle them and devour them,
And no survivor shall remain of the house of Esau,”
For the Lord has spoken.
Every man, woman and child in Jefferson County will know Jesus as Lord.
Thank You, Lord, for the unity and the bond of peace on every prayer call.
We thank You, Lord, that we have what we have asked for because we have oneness and have asked according to Your will.
A wonderful summary of our prayers. Thank you, Karen
