03-06-23 Morgan County CoPrays prayer call

On the call: Dj Barrett, Pat Shriver, Donna Reyman, and Amy Everette

Psalm 68:1-4 Amp. “Let God arise, and His enemies be scattered; Let those who hate Him flee before Him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away; as wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked and guilty perish before God, but let the righteous be glad; let them be in good spirits before God, Yes, let them rejoice with delight. Sing to God, sing praises to His name, lift up a song for Him who rides through the desert ---His name is the Lord---be in good spirits before Him.”

The sun is out, and it is a beautiful day! Feel happy and blessed! The sun is warm --beckoning Spring. Yes, love even the wind as it brings Spring to Colorado. Listen to the wind and His still, small voice. Acknowledge God in all things. Praise You, Lord!

Lord, let the people of Morgan County be in good spirits and positive before You. Malachi 4:2 “But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings, You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.”

Solid seed is going forth! Lord, we ask for Your Wisdom in the planting of the seeds in Morgan County. Lord, we ask for favor over the flocks of animals in Morgan County. Deuteronomy 28:11 “The Lord will give you great prosperity, in the offspring of your body and in the offspring of your livestock and the produce of your ground, in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you.”. We lift Pat’s daughter and family as their sows, cows, and sheep are birthing. Surround her family with grace and mercy. Thank You, Lord, as we know You keep Your promises. Protect animals in Morgan County and Colorado from the predators, the coyotes, and wolves. The farm animals are peoples’ livelihood.

We declare protection around every farm and every herd. We declare no disease and no disorder will affect the animals and the crops in Morgan County and the State of Colorado. We declare Your glory over every farmer and rancher in Jesus’ Name!

We pray for the many immigrants You have brought to Morgan County. Many of them have been through so much. We are thankful the Muslims are becoming more comfortable and trusting. We are thankful for acceptance by the population. We pray for Eddie, an immigrant from Puerto Rico, and his family. We pray for the judge in the custody battle for Pricilla. We ask for Your favor and that the child will be in the custody of the loving parent. We also pray for Eddie’s son. We ask he will learn from his hardships and grab on to the rope God has given him. Lord, we are grateful You are willing to pull us out of the pit-- if we are willing.

Oh, God, You are so good to us. Let us take that example to heart. Satan roars like a lion but we know our strength is in Jesus Christ our Savior. Lord, we ask You would reveal lessons from Your nature. Lord, let eyes and ears be open to the schemes of the devil. We ask for eyes and ears to be open to Your Gospel message during this Easter season and always. All honor and glory to You! 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.”

We lift prayers for Pat’s daughter and son-in-law as they are moving from New York. We declare God’s protection and dry pavement all the way for them in Jesus’ Name!

Duncan Chance, pastor at UNC in Greeley, has been studying the Bible with students. They have had worship that lasted a several hours-more than usual. Praise the Lord for students praising and worshiping the Lord! We thank You for the outpouring at UNC. Lord, send revivals throughout the state with the youth in high schools and colleges. Yes, revivals with students in Morgan County cities; Weldona, Hillrose , Snyder, and others. Holy Spirit, start the spark with them. Let us parents and grandparents fan the flame of revival to keep it going through our intercession.

We call for a lightning strike to spark the revivals. Honor and glory and praise to You, Lord. Let it spread like a wildfire. The fire of God! Tell us about Jesus! Let them question, what is this? Lord, give us the right words to say to draw people nearer to You. Words to share Your goodness. Let them see our example that we have the answer. Give us words to take them down the Roman’s road. Fill us with Your spirit. These are the prayers of our hearts. Use us to give You honor and glory.

Lord, we are Your servants. Lord, show us what to say and do for others. Let us be available to people around us. Lord, let us be Your ambassadors---Your hands and Your feet. Call us to obedience for Your work.

We pray for the pastors in Morgan County. Lord, show them and guide them in obedience to You. Call them to preach from Your Word!

We declare there will be unity in Your purposes for the city governments and the county government in Morgan County. We declare they will be under the lordship of the Lord Jesus Christ. We ask they will look to You and be inspired to make Godly decisions.

The HDTV hometown takeover presentation has not been aired. All in God’s timing. Lord, we ask You would show Morgan County favor when the HDTV airing takes place. Lord, let people desire to see more in Morgan County to bring in tourist revenues to the people and businesses in Morgan County. Lord Jesus, we ask that the people of Morgan County would be a blessing to those coming to visit. Let Your face be visible to them.

This is the season of Purim. Instead of standard refreshments, DJ is making treats representing Purim. Thank You for her willingness to direct others to the story of Esther in the Bible. Lord, draw others to Your Word to receive Your revelation about who You are.

Lord, we ask the Easter season would bring more people to church more often. Not to sleep in on Sunday mornings but to come to church. Bring them in for a time of fellowship and to find new friends. We ask for Your blessing on all churches in Morgan County, Snyder Bible Church, The Sanctuary, Elevating Life, St. Helena’s Catholic Church, and many others. Put Your word in their hearts. Yes, like Mary, the mother of Jesus. Your Word in their hearts. Yes, the mission field coming to us.

Lord, help us to stand on Your solid ground. The blessings of God on Morgan County. Wind on His wings. Father, thank You. It is so sweet and wonderful to have the blessing and the touch of the Lord. Come and drop wonderful things into our spirit to share with others. Encouragement. Lord, life gets difficult. But Lord You dance over us!

Lord, we ask Your Holy Spirit to bring new life in the mighty name of Jesus! Believers awaiting. The revival, that special group of believers. They hear and they see. We long for Your Spirit to reign down on our blooming desert. Produce good fruit in this county of believers. Those who have strayed away bring them back into the fold. Oh, we are ready for revival!

A big “thank you” to Amy Everette, CoPrays mobilizing catalyst, for praying with us today. At the conclusion of the prayers, she informed us of changes and goals with CoPrays. The vision is to shift the spiritual climate in every Colorado county so that every person and sphere of society comes into alignment with God's design and purpose.
