Prayer Focus: Hope with Liberty & Justice for All
Key Scripture: Matt 12: 18-21 “Here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations. 19 He will not quarrel or cry out; no one will hear his voice in the streets. 20 A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out, till he has brought justice through to victory. In his name the nations will put their hope.”[b]
Worship:
· Ps 8 Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory in the heavens. 2 Through the praise of children and infants you have established a stronghold against your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger. 3 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, 4 what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?[c] 5 You have made them[d] a little lower than the angels[e] and crowned them[f] with glory and honor. 6 You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their[g] feet: 7 all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, 8 the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas. 9 Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
· Ps 138 I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; before the “gods” I will sing your praise. 2 I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your unfailing love and your faithfulness, for you have so exalted your solemn decree that it surpasses your fame. 3 When I called, you answered me; you greatly emboldened me. 4 May all the kings of the earth praise you, Lord, when they hear what you have decreed. 5 May they sing of the ways of the Lord, for the glory of the Lord is great.
· Ps 149 Praise the Lord.[a] Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of his faithful people. 2 Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the people of Zion be glad in their King. 3 Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp. 4 For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory. 5 Let his faithful people rejoice in this honor and sing for joy on their beds. 6 May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands, 7 to inflict vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples, 8 to bind their kings with fetters, their nobles with shackles of iron, 9 to carry out the sentence written against them— this is the glory of all his faithful people. Praise the Lord.
· We praise You Lord for the hope we have in You Lord God, We praise You Lord for the liberty and justice that we have in You Lord God
· Rom 15:13 We declare that the people of Colorado now overflow with hope. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
· We praise You Lord that You don’t hold back but release your hope and glory to Your people of Colorado.
· We declare that our God is good. He is our hope and our justice. We proclaim the goodness of our God over person in Colorado.
· We praise You Lord that You are the loving living God that moves and works on our behalf.
· Ps 139:9-12 If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, 10 even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. 11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” 12 even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you.
Intercession:
· We speak the hard places of the hearts of the people of Colorado…that they are now softened toward the one True Living God to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and overflow with rivers of living water to share hope and love.
· We declare Amos 5:24 …. But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!
· Ps 71:14 As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more. Let us be the ray of hope to other people across Colorado and the world.
· We praise You Lord that You are the God of Truth….We ask that You go into the people of Colorado to reveal and expose the lies that bind people into hopelessness. Set them free and bring justice to set the people of Colorado free in Jesus Christ.
· We declare a great surrender of hearts across Colorado to the One True God. Especially among pastors and believers statewide.
· We ask Lord that You shine Your Truth across Colorado to expose and bring to Your Light the lies that must be reversed in the government of our state and nation.
· We declare Ps 91 protection over the people of Colorado to stand strong in the midst of the magnitude of the soon-coming exposure of the deception and lies in our government, media, the medical profession and more.
· We praise You Lord that You are the loving living God that moves and works on our behalf.
· We declare John 1: 1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome[a] it.
· We declare that every man, woman and child now comprehends and receives the light of the Word that is God.
· We declare that The Spirit of Truth now breaks forth across all of Colorado.
· We declare resurrection life over the United States of America starting here in Colorado.
· We declare that hope now arises in every person in and from Colorado.
· We declare that the people of Colorado are now being prepared to receive the heat of the Light of God’s Glory.
· We declare righteousness and sanctification among the people of Colorado…..1 Thes 5:23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.
· Psa 142:5 We cry to you, Lord; we say, “You are our refuge, our portion in the land of the living.”6 Listen to our cry, for we are in desperate need; rescue us from those who pursue us, for they are too strong for us. 7 Set us free from our prison, that we may praise your name. Then the righteous will gather about us because of your goodness to us.
· We declare Redemption and resurrection for the people who have been held in bondage….adults and children alike.
· 1Pet 3:15 But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, 16 keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.
· Let the Ecclesia of Colorado speak words of life to everyone around them – especially to family members.
· We ask Lord that You break of the fear of man that limits our ability to share the Truth with family members.
· We declare Luke 21:15 over ourselves and believers across Colorado….that the Lord will give us words and wisdom that none of our adversaries will be able to resist or contradict.
· We declare greater momentum across Colorado for the things of God to manifest in and through believers…let them become the burning ones for the Kingdom of God.
· Let the burning Light of God cleanses us of all unrighteousness.
· We praise You Lord for liberty of the people of Colorado.
· We ask Lord for protection for Your people across Colorado from the valleys of despair and hopelessness…..let Your Light shine with such intensity that we see You in every situation.
· We praise You Lord that You are the Lifter of our heads (Ps 3:3) ….that Your Light restores hope and joy regardless of the situation.
· We thank You Lord for the prayer ministries and houses of prayer that are arising and converging in Colorado and nationwide. Thank You for empowering and emboldening more people to speak Your Truth and Light into this dark season.
· We release a movement of passionate repentance and intercession across the people of Colorado.
