God you are so faithful and you demand faithfulness. Faith comes from hearing and the word of our testimony. God, Faith is a practice. Not religious practice but standing practice. Look at Moses faith. Noah faith 100 years building an ark where it never had rained. God wanted to give Abraham everywhere his feet took so God move him often. Abraham claiming land, building wells, claiming from the Euphrates to the Red Sea to the Nile to the Mediterranean Sea for his seed. The faith passed to King Solomon who built the Temple in Jerusalem as a permanent place of worship for the Israelites, and the largest so far kingdom approximately 480 years after their exodus from Egypt. God, it is interesting that the enemy has convinced us that we are the center of the universe. When You created the Cosmos. We are just a dot in the unfolding of Your plan. Time is irrelevant.
Verse of the Day
Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
God help us practice faith. God, You want unity in Your body to serve You by helping the widows, (divorcees too!) and the orphans, (abandoned too!). Supporting each other in their walk or running their race. The body has so much resurrection power it has never used. God, You want Your church, the people (body) of Christ Jesus, to rule and reign with You now. No one needs to rule in heaven. The church has been awakened now. The truth of Jesus is being spread to all on earth. The truth, revival, that there is only one God with their distinct parts, the Trinity. Yes, as we are a mind/soul, body and spirit, three parts. We give You space in our lives. We build an alter in our homes. We dedicate our homes and our children to You, God. We carve out time to study Your ways. We take communion as a family to remember the sacrifice of Jesus to reunite us with God our Creator. The Creed teaches us the foundation of faith but the practicing it each day brings us closer to understanding Your desires for Your kingdom on earth. God, teach us to be Your next David or Noah. Faith without works is truly dead faith. We praise You God we need not work to get into heaven but oh does it taste good to do Your will. All glory to God.
Be blessed in this day the Lord has made for you and you alone.
