We thank You, Father, for this time to meet to pray. We welcome Your presence, Holy Spirit. Show us Your will for our prayers and help us to walk into Your will for us.
We put on the Full Armor of God today. Lord, You are our truth. May we walk in the gospel of peace. We repent and ask You to cleanse us. Reveal Your truth today.
Prayers for Linda and her knee surgery. Lord, may the artificial knee fit perfectly into Linda’s knee. We ask for endurance, strength, and perseverance for Linda. Lord, we ask for no swelling and no infection in Jesus’ Name! Lord, bring quick healing and recovery for Linda.
Government
§ We prayed for the Arvada City Council as they welcomed the newest members, Michael Griffith, and Rebeka Lovisone. We pray for the wise use of time and resources for our city. Lord, we ask the city council to be champions for the everyday citizens.
§ The City of Arvada has a new Homeless Program Manager, Lynette Badasarian. She came after 3 years as the Boulder Homeless Manager. At Boulder, she developed a navigation campus and a respite shelter for clients who needed a safe place to stay after a medical procedure.
§ Lord, we ask You to bless the Homeless Program in Arvada. May it be a ministry of changed lives even if secular based. Bring in Christians to help run this program. We ask for the right location for this ministry. We ask this program will only attract the people interested in changing their lives.
§ Next election. Raise up righteous leaders at every level. Raise people to fight. May we be like Aaron holding up Moses’ arms. Raise Davids to fight Goliath, Lord.
§ Lord, bring wisdom to Colorado’s leaders so more jobs are available. May the regulations required for businesses be wisely reduced. Open policies so there will be better benefits for employees. Lord, bring leaders to Colorado with a desire to balance the budget as was done in Colorado’s past.
§ Prayers for Britta Horn, the Colorado GOP chair. Lord, may she ask and receive Your wisdom. We ask for unity so the conservatives to stand together.
§ Thank you for our libraries. We ask the librarians will be strong in the righteousness and not project the woke ideology. Bring changes to hearts for You, Lord. We ask the Arvada Library in Old Town to go smoothly staying within budget and protecting the assets of the City of Arvada.
§ Lord, we thank You for Coleen of the CHEC organization and others who are working supporting citizens’ concerns at the Colorado Capitol. We ask for open doors and protection for them. Show us how we can come along side. Linda, a member of our Arvada Civic Prayer Team, has been going to the Capitol to pray. Also, Colorado Prays has a group going to the Capitol regularly. Winds of the spirit flow. Hardened hearts humbled. Wave of Your Spirit at the Capitol.
§ Protect FBI and ICE as they are doing what the voters wanted. Give Your wisdom to our leaders in dealing with the immigration problem.
§ Lord, keep President Trump, Vice President Vance, and his cabinet safe.
Schools
§ Jefferson County School Board election results. The newly elected members of the board are Tina Moeinian District 5, Peter Gibbins District 2, and Denise Echevaria, District 1. Lord, speak to these new leaders of the school board revealing Your plans for our kids.
§ Lord, we ask You to bring leaders forward to tighten down the dollars and use of funds in Jefferson County Schools. May they be vigilant staying within budgeted programs. Bring forth the public to watch over our schools at every level.
§ We ask for vetting of teachers and workers at every level in both public and private schools in Jefferson County. Lord, we ask Your diligence helping to watch over our children.
§ Reveal any evil. May people say something if they see something.
Churches
§ Lord, we ask Godly pastors to be bold for You. Lord. May Your truth be spoken---piercing hearts.
§ Protect our churches from predators. Lord, set Your hedge around our children. The FBI has reported 6,000 children have been rescued. Thank You, Lord-may there be many more!
§ We prayed for ministries in our nation and Colorado. Prayers for Turning Point USA.
§ Lord, expand ministries in the churches and beyond for Your Word.
§ Lord, reveal Your Truth to the Muslim young people. Give them a desire to prove the Bible false. Open their eyes and ears to Your Truth.

Lord, bring in Your living water of revival! Amen.
