Prayer Requests

Please pray for a patient who is undecided about moving forward with this pregnancy. She feels that she is too young and has no feelings towards the father of the baby. The patient’s father is also strongly encouraging abortion because he thinks that she is too young and that having this baby will ruin her life.

Please pray for a counseling client who is struggling with a history of self-harm and abandonment from her family; she is hopeful for the future but admits that she gets into very dark moments sometimes.

Please pray for an STD client who has a history of severe drug abuse but is currently clean. Praise Jesus! Please pray that the Lord brings people into her life who will help support her in her journey to recovery.

Please pray for an STD client who is struggling with suicide attempts. Please pray that the Lord gives her the peace that surpasses understanding and that she finds purpose and value in who God created her to be.

Please pray for multiple young women who are set on terminating their pregnancies. Please pray for both women making these decisions and the Client Services Staff who have met with them. May God comfort them, draw them to Himself, and bring beauty from ashes.

Please pray that God will bring the right person to fill an open role on our communications team. 

Praise God for the community events we have had the privilege of attending this past summer. Please pray for Alternatives to have a positive impact on the community and our partners as we continue to connect with them.

Please pray for the new staff members joining our team, including a nurse who is beginning her onboarding and training process.
