Alternatives Pregnancy Centers
Please pray for a client who is in a new relationship and experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. She is a single mom, has a disabled child, has no support, and is considering abortion. Pray that the Lord would provide her with support and community to uplift and encourage her.
Please pray for a woman who is addicted to drugs and in her third trimester. She has had a very difficult life and has never felt loved or safe. Please pray for her to understand the love of the Lord she felt in her appointment while being prayed over. Please pray for the unborn baby’s health and future safety.
Please pray for our counseling after abortion group that will start in September. Please pray that the Lord will send us the women who need this service and the community of others. Please pray that the Lord will prepare the hearts of our counselors and our new intern who will be starting in August.
Please pray for a mentee who is struggling with guilt and shame from getting pregnant. Pray she will embrace God’s love for her and her baby and that she will also forgive herself.
Please pray for a client who is not completely sure how far along she is, and called the helpline asking for an abortion. She ultimately did not schedule with us. Please pray that the Lord changes her heart and that she chooses life.
Please pray for our communications team as we work to expand our advertising efforts. Pray that any obstacles preventing us from reaching people through social media would be removed. Despite the challenges we face with digital advertising, pray that the Lord will faithfully guide clients to Alternatives through whatever path He provides, ensuring that everyone who needs our services can find us.
Please pray for two new moms who were former clients and shared how grateful they were for their experience at Alternatives and how loved they felt by the staff. Pray that we can continue to serve them well and that they are blessed.
Please pray for our outreach team as we continue to share our services with people in our community. Pray that opportunities to partner with other organizations are open to us.
Please pray for the Alternatives Golf Tournament at the end of August. We ask that the Lord would move people to join us and generously support the work of the ministry.
Please pray that the Lord would provide us with an increase in clients and finances. Please pray that He would lead people to be generous, and that He would bless those who have already supported us.
Please pray that the Lord would lead the right people to fill our open positions. Pray that He would give us wisdom and discernment as we search for the right candidates.
Praise the Lord for the new client services manager for the downtown clinic. Pray for her training in the coming month, as it is a lot to learn. We’re so thankful to the Lord for providing her for us!
