Please pray for a client who is experiencing a complicated pregnancy after she and her husband spent over 10 years trying to conceive. Pray for protection, strength, and health for both mother and baby.
Please pray for God's protection of Alternatives staff and families, clients and patients from spiritual attacks. Pray that God would give everyone a sound mind and clear words to walk in His wisdom. Amen!
Here is an update to the prayer request below: This client has decided to continue her pregnancy. Thanks and praise to the Lord. This sweet woman is still facing challenging circumstances, so please keep her in your prayers.
Please pray for a woman who has been reluctantly convinced by the father of the baby to have an abortion due to financial stress and the fact that they have a 4-month-old. At her ultrasound appointment last week, she found out she is past the gestational age to take the abortion pill. Pray for a change of heart for her and the father of the baby as they process this new information and how it will affect their decision.
Please pray for a client who is in an abusive relationship with the father of the baby and is struggling financially. This client changed her mind from having an abortion to continuing the pregnancy knowing she is walking into a very difficult situation.
Please pray for a young woman who has been making decisions that are risky for her health and well-being because she has never experienced being loved. At her appointment, she was told about God's abundant love and grace for her and encouraged in her faith. Please pray she will seek the Lord and find Him.
Praise God for the community fairs we have attended over the last few weeks. We have been able to share information about how people can access support while giving away diapers, wipes and blankets to women and men in need in our community.
We are so excited and thankful for our recent Spanish-speaking ad, which reached so many people in the Denver area. Please pray that those in the Hispanic community who are worried about going out publicly to receive services will be assured that they will be safe and well cared for in our clinics.
Pray for the staff and volunteers as we reach out to churches throughout the city. Pray they will help us promote the work of Alternatives, the need for engagement with the Golf & Gala event, and financial support.
The Alternatives Gala & Golf event is coming up this fall! Please pray that people will desire to participate in the activities and support Alternatives.
