Jeffco Civic Prayer Team

Your kingdom come, Your will be done.  Let Your kingdom advance and be established through preaching, teaching, and healing.  Let the gates of our lives and the cities of our state be opened for the King of glory to come in.  Lord, You reign.  You are clothed with majesty and strength.  Your throne is established of old.  You are from everlasting.  Lord, You are a great king above all gods.  Let the heathen hear that the Lord reigns.  Lord, You reign.  Let the people tremble; let the earth be moved.  Hallelujah!

Lord, more than anything, we want your presence in our lives.  When we have encountered You everything changes.  We have a fierce love, discernment, boldness, and we live without fear.  Help us to live in this way.  Amen!

With the 250th Birthday of our nation, we declare a fresh understanding of our founders and a resolve to be more civically engaged in the public square.  There is no more sitting on the sidelines, we must be willing to give of our lives, fortunes, and sacred honor.

We repent of allowing the needless bloodshed of abortion in our state, and we speak life and renewal over babies in and out of the womb.  We speak protection over children, that they would grow up in homes where they are taught Biblical principles and how to stand and keep on standing for what is right.  I declare that families will be cohesive units.

We declare protection over law enforcement, justices, and the rule of law.  Help them to be courageous and make choices that stand for truth, righteousness and justice.

We speak protection over our election process that the plans the enemy has will fail.  There will be no tampering with votes or anything illegal.  Our elections will be fair and secure on June 30th and in November for the midterms.

We declare that the funding of those who have past legislation to harm innocent lives especially children will dry up and they will not be in positions of power.  Their time is up.  It is time for new leaders who honor and respect the young and most vulnerable.

We speak blessing and protection over President Trump as he makes decisions with his team JD Vance and Marco Rubio to name a few.  We specifically declare Holy Spirit be the voice of wisdom for all three of them in their dealings with Iran and Israel.  We bless Israel and declare that the US and Israel will have a solid relationship.

We speak against false accusations for candidates that are running for governor in Colorado.  We declare that the truth will prevails and our next governor would be for the people and make decisions based on integrity, righteousness, and justice.  Thank you for the victory in advancing your candidate of choice.

We pray for the least of these the homeless, the trafficked, the prisoners, and transgenders.  Lead them to the gospel of Jesus.  Let it change their lives according to your truth so that they have a testimony that will change the lives.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of this dark world.  We know that no weapon forged against us will prosper.  So, when the enemy comes in like a flood, we raise up a standard against him.  If God is for us, who can be against us?  This is our appeal to heaven.  Thank you Jesus!

Thank you Rubie and Thomas for joining Jeremy and I to pray tonight!  You are a blessing!  We also speak the sweet presence of Jesus over those who could not make it tonight.
