Prayer Topic: Humility, Love & Joy vs. Offense, Anger & Fear
Scriptures:
Prov 29:11 Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end.
Psa 37: 8-9 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret—it leads only to evil. 9 For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.
1John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
We praise You Lord God for answering prayers for Jeffco by increasing arrests and decreasing crime.
We ask that the trend continues with more people flowing in humility. Love and joy instead of offense, anger and fear.
We intercede for the upcoming elections in November in Jeffco. Let Your favored, called candidates rise the top of mind among voters.
Let the voter turnout be overwhelming in this November.
Let every registered voter get out to vote.
We declare integrity over the election tabulation and reporting.
We ask for watcher citizens who hold leaders accountable for checks and balances that need to be enacted by law.
Let there be confusion in the enemy’s camp when it comes to processing and counting ballots.
Raise up the watchers who will be at the polling places to monitor the processes to stop dishonest actions.
We ask for favor for lesser known conservative candidates…..let all smear campaigns be dismantled and silenced.
We declare that parents will be able to afford school supplies for the children.
Let parents be wise as they determine where to send their child to school this year.
We declare that Jeffco teachers be emboldened to stand against gender teachings, critical race theory teachings and other woke teachings.
We declare that God’s people will run for school board positions to bring conservative voices to every school board in Jeffco.
We declare a shift in the spiritual climate of Jeffco….let it reflect love, joy & humility which overshadows and replaces anger, fear & offense.
We intercede for the Jeffco jail/detention center….bring more ministries in to minister to the inmates….let a transformation take place for Your glory Lord God!
We pray for an awakening throughout the jail Lord God…that every inmate has an encounter with the living God which sets them free hurts and wounds, draws them into repentance and forgiveness, instills a humility, love and joy that is life changing for each one.
We declare that people on the streets of Jeffco now feel, acknowledge and respond to the manifest presence of God as they have the choice to receive freedom in Jesus. Let the streets overflow with love, joy, humility and celebration that overshadows anger, offense and fear.
We declare Heb 6:19- 20 over the people of Jeffco. This hope [this confident assurance] we have as an anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whatever pressure bears upon it]—a safe and steadfast hope that enters within the veil [of the heavenly temple, that most Holy Place in which the very presence of God dwells], 20 where Jesus has entered [in advance] as a forerunner for us, having become a High Priest forever according to the order of [e]Melchizedek.
We thank You Lord that more believers are now preparing the way of the Lord across Jeffco.
Release Your strategy Lord God for clearing the way for the river of Your manifest presence to flow across our county.
We declare that the train of the robe of our Lord now flows with oil and fire across Jeffco awakening people to the fierceness and holiness of our King.
We declare that the Lion of Judah now steps onto the land of Jeffco to break off the religious spirit regionally.
We call a flow of repentance to spread across Jeffco.
Let the hearts of people across Jeffco be open to receive Your correction and healing that sets each one free to hear and walk in obedience to the will of God.
We declare Dan 9:4-5 I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed and said, “O Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and extends lovingkindness toward those who love Him and keep His commandments, 5 we have sinned and committed wrong, and have behaved wickedly and have rebelled, turning away from Your commandments and ordinances.
Let this scripture go out to people across Jeffco….to soften hearts and make each person willing to be prepared in humility and righteousness for Your manifest presence.
We ask for greater spiritual unity across the body of Christ in Jeffco….let us help and serve one another with humble joy.
