Jeffco Civic Prayer Team Notes for January 2026

“Because of the Lord’s great love, we are not consumed.  His mercies are new every morning and great is His faithfulness (Lamentations 3:22-23).”

We thank you Lord for your mercy upon our nation.  You have given us a President who acts justly and rightly.  He seeks wisdom from above.  We plead for his protection and that of the vice president, their team and their families.

We declare for Colorado that it will be a state with righteous leadership.  Because of that it will be consecrated back to you.  If we do not yet know, show us the path forward and who to support in the midterm elections.

We speak protection and safety over ICE agents and all law enforcement who are doing their job to protect our streets.  Give them an extra measure of boldness and courage to act as necessary.

We declare protection for the unborn and children of all ages.  Give parents wisdom in all they do to raise the next generation.

Free the captives Lord such as Tina Peters down to children who have been trafficked.

Let there be a reform in the education that does not include grooming or lying to them about our heritage.  Students will learn the truth from teachers who truly care about them.

Defund evil agendas.  Dry up the funding of those who have evil intentions.  For the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous.  May there be a transfer of funds.

Protect our midterm elections.  I declare that  in Colorado they will be just, right, and fair.

Curses are broken over our state and the name of Jesus will be glorified as revival and awakening come to the body of Christ.

Eradicate and eliminate the influence of Islam in our beloved nation.  We will be a nation that worships and serves the one true God.

We declare a renewed sense of patriotism in  our nation.  We the people will serve the Lord in our land.

I declare an awakening and renewal in the body of Christ.  I bind up the spirit of discouragement.   I loose a spirit of hope.  It will not be deferred any longer.
