04-03-24 Jefferson County Prayer Call Notes

Praise our Lord for He is good!!!
Isaiah 60:1 & 2 NKJV “Arise, shine; for Your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory be seen upon you.”
Psalm 139:23 & 24 “Search me, God, and know my heart. See if there is any offensive way in me and lead me in the way everlasting.” Lord, point us to Your truth, peace, and light.
LIFE
We pray for a good turnout and for Your protection, Lord, for the Colorado March for Life which will be held at the Colorado Capitol on Friday, April 12th at 11:00 am. The march will begin at 12:00 pm.
Ø We pray, Lord God, that every Colorado pregnancy resource centers is now a beacon of light, glorifying Your Name while bringing hope, peace and redemption to women and men and protecting life in the womb. (Genesis 1, Psalm 139, Proverbs 31:8-9; Psalm 82:1-4; Psalm 127:3-5
Ø We ask, Lord, for mentors, counselors, staff, volunteer boards, and medical professionals, to walk beside those facing an unplanned or challenging pregnancy, leading them to choose life.
Ø We pray that post-abortion clients who struggle with grief and shame find forgiveness and healing in Christ.
Churches
Ø Lord, we pray for the current and next generation leaders in the churches in Jefferson County.
Let the leaders and congregations not be swayed by pop culture and fear but be led by Your Holy Spriit to Your truth and light.
Ø Bring a new level of worship into the churches in Jefferson County aligning heaven and earth. Let this be a new place for Your Ecclesia to understand and realize Your power and love.
Ø We thank You Lord God that You are doing a new thing as pastors across Colorado come together in unity praying and working together for Your Kingdom. Grant them, O God, a John 17 singleness of heart and mind as they come as One before You, in worship, in warfare and in unity; that Jesus may be lifted up and seen in the love we have for one another.
Schools and Education
Ø We declare Jesus Christ is King over every Colorado classroom.
Ø Lord God Almighty, we pray for the leaders in the Colorado educational sphere, that they would lead with integrity, with the fear of the Lord and make decisions in alignment with God’s will.
Ø We pray that our education system across Colorado, at all levels of education, would now turn from wickedness to God with biblical principles at the forefront of all teachings.
Ø Lord, remove and replace leaders who would poison the minds of our children and replace them with leaders who have Your Heart.
Ø We declare the Blood of Jesus over the youth. We ask for miracles to touch their lives showing them Your love and care for them.
Ø We praise You, Lord, for Colorado Christian University (CCU) for the good work and the beacon of light they are in Jefferson County.
First Responders
Ø Thank You, Lord God, for every Colorado First Responder. We especially thank You for all those who work as dispatchers. In an emergency, they are the initial contact who can bring vital help to those in need.
Ø Lord, we thank you for Jefferson County relationships between educators, school administrators, and the law enforcement community on behalf of the children. Lord, bring issues involving sex trafficking and abuse of children to the light of authorities to make sure the children are safe.
Ø We especially thank you for those who have the boldness to ask, in faith, for your divine intervention to make the difference between life and death. Let them never give up on Your ability to intervene through the knowledge and skills You have given them.
Media
Ø We ask, Lord, for discerning media consumption by individuals and families. Raise up more critical thinkers who will see through media bias or false reporting.
Ø We declare truth and Biblical values permeate journalism. Lord bring integrity, fairness, and unbiased reporting to Jefferson County and Colorado.
Ø Lord, we ask You to shut the mouths of those speaking lies stated as truth.
Families
Ø We pray for a turning of the fathers’ hearts to the sons and the sons’ hearts to the fathers. Malachi 4:6.
Ø Lord, we ask You would turn the “family” in Jefferson County and Colorado to be the epicenter of the lives of everyone in that family. Lord, bring the families closer to You and Your Word as they seek Your Peace.
Ø We declare the families will be immersed in and walk out Your Word in their lives and be a beacon of Your light.
Marketplace
Ø Lord, we ask Kingdom businesses in Jefferson County will beam God’s light and prosper as they are led by Your teachings through Your Word.
Ø We declare a Christ boldness for industry and marketplace believers to share Your Gospel.
Government
Ø Lord, we ask for the unrighteous bills in our current Colorado State Legislature to die and the righteous bills to survive in the Mighty Name of Jesus!
Ø Lord, bring about Your will in the dealings in the Jefferson County and Colorado governments.
Ø Bless those who walk with Your hand of righteousness.
