When I went several weeks ago to pray around the Capitol, I felt like the Lord said, "Their cup is now full." It took me some time to find the scripture that came to mind, but it is from Gen. 15:16, when God was telling Abraham about Israel's future captivity in Egypt. He said they would be set free and return to the promised land after the iniquity of the Amorites was complete. I feel like the Lord is saying the corrupt political machine has reached its limit, and God is ready to act and break the stranglehold over our state.
Sunday evening, as I was praying, I felt led to Isaiah 3:9 and 11 (ESV) "For the Look on their faces bears witness against them; they proclaim their sin like Sodom, they do not hide it. Woe to them! For they have brought evil upon themselves. Woe ot the wicked! It shall be ill with him, for what his hands have dealt out shall be done to him."
I felt like Holy Spirit spoke then:
The Lord declares a 9/11 upon the high places of the wicked ones. They have erected twin altars to Molech and Ashtoreth, but they will be consumed in the fire of My glory, when I descend at the cry of My sons and daughters on behalf of the weak who have no voice and for the sake of those bound in ignorance by the enemy.
I will arise, and the haughty, the scoffers, and the perveyors in dark arts will be consumed by their own curses. That which they fling out to trap, wound, and enslave the upright will return upon them.
I will be glorified from the golden domes of the earth, says the Lord, the Anointed One, the heir of nations and Head of Angel armies, Creator and Master of all flesh and spirits.
Our Lord hears our prayers, and He will act! Praise and glory to His Name!
I keep hearing the scripture Isaiah 59:19 NKJV ""So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him."
