A few years ago, I took a off road tour in Estes Park. I don't know exactly where we were but we stopped at the top of a huge divide looking down into a huge canyon. One of the guides came over and pointed at the direction I was looking and said, there is a farmer that owns this area near by and he dams or switches the water in the direction he pleases! I was amazed because it was also a prayer assignment type outing as well. You know how we do! From this time I have prayed over The Divide, East or West and who is determining it's flow. We declare God is giving His directives eliminating unnecessary droughts in all areas for His Will on earth, especially as Colorado determines.
