Here are some thoughts on the decrees. I found it hard to compose any decrees because so much of what I am presenting is new revelation and scriptures or strategy so I don’t feel a consensus yet to decree from. Sorry!

1-3.. On November 28th we reminded the Lord and re-activated the Aug. 26 decrees. What are we seeing or sensing still needs done?

The original instructions for Command the Foreword/ Connect the Guide Wires ended with this wise instruction: It is NOT about spiritual warfare. It is about releasing the Light of God's Glory to over-power and overshadow any and all evil statewide. I think we could corporately call forth that Light again…

Amy’s notes record from Nov 28 that I had talked about Biden activities in Colorado, I.e. visiting the Pueblo Wind generator facility. We talked about Colorado being number in wind generation, how new projects were planned for Eastern Colorado and we had questions about Biden’s true objectives. Then by revelation I said, “Wind is the tool we need to counter the evil issues”. I think a decree could include this especially as we deal with the Wheels, grids and connections. We did make decrees that night concerning DC and communication grids, etc.

I think we need to use the Tool of the Wind. Wind, Spirit, Breath and the Wheel are all interchangeable and interrelate in Ez 47 (Ruach in Hebrew, Pneuma in Greek.). They all move to promote the Will of God, the “Big Wheel”.

East Gate Assignment

1 & 2

A. I think what Debbie wrote aligns with what I think needs decreed—

Angels are on that border. What I was told to do was slam the gates closed to witchcraft, occult and Masonic activities…

“2. Jesus, Captain of the Host, we ask You for angelic gatekeepers to be sentinels & watchmen to maintain Your sovereign control over the Eastern Gate!”

B. “The temple had gatekeepers at the East gate.”

I’m not sure we’re done here, yet, concerning the temple or the tent of meeting entrance! I’ve been studying and seeking the Lord concerning consecration and dedication. And the purifying, cleansing and rededication of the altar. More later on this…

3. Highways. Suggestions seem good….

Additional potential “threats”:

Port to Plains Alliance High Priority Corridor 38. Mexico to Denver.

Purpose: To Expedite goods and services (immigrants, as well?) between Mexico and the US. This has been moving forward since Clinton in 1991. March 2023 Biden authorized I-27 funding from Laredo Texas to New Mexico. It is planned to run parallel to I-25, but through the Oklahoma Panhandle and then up the Eastern Border.

There is also a train proposal to come up a similar route called the Caprock Chief route. I consider both of these projects “sneaking in the back door”, down by Michelle Cheek in Springfield, Baca County!

4. Waters

On October 25, 2023 we did released these Declarations over the waters of Colorado: What further weaknesses do we sense?

Declarations:

1. We declare and decree that the sound and power of the I Am that I AM is now released into every Colorado water source and water infrastructure to purify, cleanse and protect our water supply.

2. We ask the Lord of Hosts to now release His angel armies to surround and protect the Colorado water supply from any and all forms of contamination or attack.

3. We declare that Colorado farmers and ranchers will have all the pure water needed for their farms and ranches from this day forward.

4. We declare that the waterways, water plants, dams, hydroelectric plants, reservoirs and aquifers across Colorado are now free of any encumbrances or ungodly liens of any kind and are now deeded to, and protected by, Jehovah God, the I Am that I AM.

5. We declare that everywhere the water flows in and through Colorado, is now blessed of the Lord God Almighty, resonating with the sound and power of the I Am that I AM.

Concerning Aquifers.

The Ogallala Aquifer is under the Entire Eastern Border of Colorado! I think it’s a big deal!

I got the words, The Deep, quickened to me.

Debbie quotes Gen 1:2. Spirit of God hovered over the face of the deep/waters.

Hebrew Tehom 8415. An abyss; the main sea or a subterranean water supply.

Gen 7:11. “All the fountains of the great deep burst open…

Gen 8:23. God considered Noah, sent a wind, and the fountains of the deep …were closed.

So God can open or close The Deep.

Job 41:32. The Deep is the habitat for Leviathan…

(Lord, close that door!)

Deut.. 33:13. Isaac blessing Joseph. “Blessed be his land with the choice things of heaven, with dew, and from the deep lying below”.

I believe this is what He desires to do, bless this land from the Deep! Already it waters many fields, provides oil and gas and is connected with the Keystone Pipeline.

Later I heard the “crocus and the rose” and saw them blooming in the desert land of the Great Plains of Eastern Colorado. Isaiah 35:1. The desert and the parched land will be glad: the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus and the rose it will burst into bloom. 2…They shall see the glory of the Lord, the excellency of our God. 6b. Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.

On August 26, on the midpoint of the Eastern Border, we found fruit, mini watermelons, in that “dry and thirsty land where there is no water.” Isaiah 63:1. Let us seek Him and thirst for Him, as it further says. Let the seeking and thirsting for God come to full bloom!

Finally, in Andrew Whalen’s, Letter to the Reader, section of the book we are decreeing, said some things I love and I feel they should be absorbed and declared by us—“Pikes Peak, located in Colorado Springs, is called “America’s Mountain.” I believe God was confirming that from this “high place” we would contend for God’s “government” for America. One of the first dreams I received after moving to Colorado Springs was of a National prophet who walked up to me and said, “Andrew you are now in the WAR ROOM for the nation.” I knew from that dream that God was calling me to stand up and fight for America!” (Page 20)

So let us rejoice and be glad that we too are called to the “War Room of the Nation” to stand up and fight with fervor, diligence and confidence for Colorado and our nation
