Testimony. God has physically pushed my husband and I to our limits over the past 45 days....with very little contention between us (that is the first miracle!). In less than 45 days, we have moved from our Parker home to our old home in Franktown and have the Parker house under contract to close on March 19 with a full price, cash buyer. The tenant at our Franktown home had unexpectedly decided to not renew her lease (which covered more than the mortgage payment for that home). I desperately wanted to keep the Parker house because it is a much smaller home that is just the right in size for the two of us and because we had just finished remodeling every room in the house. I was OK with the move as temporary but really wanted to come back the Parker house after we sold the Franktown house…
