Police Dept.
Ø We prayed for the Arvada police, thanking the Lord for their good connection to the citizens. They handed out Air Tags to help identify the location of the vehicle in the case of car jackings.
Ø We ask Lord, that You allow each person to leave all their negative experiences, contacts, thoughts, feelings and concerns in Your capable hands at the end of their shift so as to not internalize them or take them home to their families.
Ø Prayers for wisdom and discernment for Ed Brady and all on the Arvada Police Force.
Jeffco Schools
Ø Lord, bring more transparency into the Jeffco Schools. Reveal any dangers and give administrators and teachers insight into Your answers on how to deal with each situation.
Ø Jeffco Kids First on Facebook was mentioned by Karen today.
Ø Lord God, we cry out for Your protection over the students of Colorado, in health, safety, identity, spirituality, truth, and goodness.
Ø We welcome and ask for a mighty revival and spiritual awakening in every Colorado school!
Legislative
Ø Prayed for protection of Home Schools from negative legislation during the legislative season.
Ø Lord, as Jefferson County and other jurisdictions in Colorado meet to amend bylaws and decide on future candidates, bring forth ideas based on Your truth.
Ø Lord, bring unity of Your purposes to the Colorado legislature.
Ø We declare a shift statewide towards biblical truth and righteousness in every piece of legislation and in every political office. Lord, let it be in Colorado!
Ø Thankful for Trump’s victory. Prayed for our national Congress to seek the Lord as they approve Trump’s cabinet selections. Also, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment for all our leaders as they navigate the political environment.
Families
Ø We ask, Lord, that You remind our state and federal leaders to uphold their mandate to protect American families.
Ø We ask You, Lord, to bless the families by showing them Your pathway. Guide them to the church You would have for them We ask the children will be in Sunday school to learn Your ways. Proverbs 22:6.
Ø Lord, guide those families with dire needs to the answer for their situation. Bless and guide, Lord, the churches, and relief organizations as they help others.
Ø We plead the Blood of Jesus over families. We bind and pull down the strongholds of DEI and gender confusion in our families and our schools in the Mighty Name of Jesus!
Ø We come against the spirit of divorce in Jesus’ Name! We ask fathers would hunger for Your wisdom and ways for their families. Lord, bless marriages following Your Word and Your ways.
Special prayers for Karen and Jim’s son, David, his wife Nichole, their three children, and their unborn baby boy. They are missionaries in Jordan. Lord, we ask You would protect this baby boy. Indications are the baby boy may be born early. Thank You, Father for Your covering over the health of Nichole and her baby boy.
Lord, send Your revival to Arvada, Colorado, and our Nation! We ask to be part of it! Amen.
