In response to the leaked opinion overturning Roe v. Wade, the US Senate is set to vote again on MONDAY, May 9, on "Women's Health Protection Act," which is numbered H.R. 3755 and S. 1975, which would codify Roe v. Wade, and basically make the final opinion overturning Roe moot. Please remember that all that the Roe overturning would do is to make the decision about abortion be up to the states. Overturning Roe would NOT outlaw abortion.
Please email or call Colorado Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper and tell them to vote NO on this egregious bill!
