Amy suggested to me that I share this prayer with the leaders group. When we began our Civic Prayer Team meetings, it was close to Halloween. I felt the Lord wanted us to pray over our county and against the works of the enemy. This was written down so we would be in agreement during our prayer time. We will be using this prayer along with the Declarations on Blessing Saturdays in the future as a reminder that God reigns and the enemy’s work is null and void. My hope is that this blesses you.

Heavenly Father,
We come before you today on behalf of Moffat County.
We ask for protection for every man, woman and child in Moffat County.
We bleed the blood of Jesus upon the ground of Moffat County, for cleansing, for deliverance, and for a covering from our enemy.
We proclaim Jesus is King and our God reigns over Moffat County.
We decree that Satan and his demonic forces have no place in Moffat County, therefore all the works they are trying to accomplish will fail. We pray for God’s mighty Host of warriors to come and war against the enemy in unseen places. Whatever locations, where those who follow Satan, (whether they know it or not) meet to do deeds that are evil in nature, will be destroyed and/or cleansed. May every altar of darkness be broken in pieces and sent to the abyss. All ceremonies, rituals, incantations, spells, curses, chants, schemes, plots and plans that are performed, shall be cast down, by the power of our God, and avail nothing. We ask for the release of those who are being held against their will, or may be used in ceremonies. We pray for the souls of those who are now caught in the enemy’s lies to be set free, in Jesus’ Name.
We declare the Holy Spirit will move freely over Moffat County and through the churches to touch hearts and lives. We declare a new freedom in Moffat County to receive the Word of God and follow Christ.
We ask the Lord to lead and instruct us in the way we should proceed, for the sake of the Gospel and for the betterment of Moffat County.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for all You have done, and for all You are doing, and for all You are going to do. We are grateful. We give this time to You and ask you to guide our prayers. In Jesus’ Name
