We spent most of our time together in prayer for our counties. Mary will post the notes from the flow of our prayer time.
The following are a couple of practical suggestions for our County Prayer Calls.
Prayer Point Research
Check Facebook for pages and websites (or other social media) for information posted by local leaders. Commissioners, Police Chief/Dept, Mayor, School Superintendent, etc. - to glean prayer points from their posts.
WIX Posts
Add photo of city building/courthouse
Add list of local leaders with links to their social media page(s). This will give your team the ability to prayer for leaders by name. Consider adding emails and phone numbers for each one. At some point, you could email a word of encouragement to the leader letting them know that your team is interceding for them.
Add this information as a jpg or pdf file so that it will be stored in the Media folder where it can be easily found by title.
Leader Connections
Let the Lord bring you divine appointments with leaders or people who know the leaders already. Do not stress about spending time building those relationships....let God build them for you. If you focus on building your prayer team and asking the Lord for the right connections, they will come.
