Youth Seeking Jesus in Gypsum

While we have been crazy busy with the things of the world, yet still praying the first Monday of every month, Father answers.

Sunday, I was planning to remain at home and worship. However, Holy Spirit was strongly impressing upon me to head to a local church, Mountain Life, in Gypsum. And what a blessing it was!

The regular pastor was at the main campus. So the youth minister filled in for announcements, He shared that their youth group had gone from 10 young people meeting in the kids room, once a week, to now over 60 having moved into the main sanctuary.

He said they don't get together and have discussions mentioning Jesus at the end. These young people are encountering God. Some are now taking over to teach and lead. Others stepping up playing instruments and leading worship.

If you have been on the monthly calls, you have heard me share we were praying another worship group from that congregation would go back into the park, where a young man was murdered, and hold worship there again. We witnessed 14 young souls come back to Jesus that afternoon.

You have also heard me share it was prophesied, on that day, that revival would begin in Gypsum.

Have you ever questioned if you heard God correctly? That maybe it was just emotion? I know the woman who shared this word with me is a woman of God. She is a prayer warrior and part of ECPT.

What was confirmed yesterday was Father is always looking for willing vessels. If we don't answer the call, someone else will! He needs people to move His plan along and that goes for every sector and for area of our lives.

The fact is we often feel unworthy, blemished, and imperfect. The truth is we are perfect because He is in us and we are perfect when we surrender to Him.

We're not the only group praying in Gypsum. Many groups have sprung up. God does hear our prayers! He does care about us! 60 young people! Revival is here. Praise Ye the Lord!
