Focus:

There is a rising cry from those in Jeffco: “I am feeble and severely broken; I groan because of the turmoil of my heart.” (Psalm 38:8)

Feeble=weak, weakly, weakened, puny, wasted, frail, infirm, delicate, sickly, ailing, unwell, poorly, failing, helpless, powerless, impotent, enfeebled, enervated, debilitated, incapacitated, effete; decrepit, doddering, doddery, tottering, tottery, shaky, trembling, trembly; cowardly, craven, faint-hearted, spineless, spiritless, lily-livered, chicken-livered, pigeonhearted; timid, timorous, fearful, unassertive, soft, weak, ineffective, ineffectual, inefficient, incompetent, inadequate, indecisive; informal, wishy-washy, wimpy, sissy, sissified, gutless, weak-kneed, yellow, yellow-bellied, chicken

We cry out to the LORD, “Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees.” (Isaiah 35:3)

People in Jeffco will draw near to Jesus Christ for their strength.

Worship

Psalm 63: God of my life, I’m lovesick for you in this weary wilderness.

I thirst with the deepest longings to love you more,

with cravings in my heart that can’t be described.

Such yearning grips my soul for you, my God!

2I’m energized every time I enter

your heavenly sanctuary to seek more of your power

and drink in more of your glory.

3For your tender mercies mean more to me than life itself.

How I love and praise you, God!

4Daily I will worship you passionately and with all my heart.

My arms will wave to you like banners of praise.

5I overflow with praise when I come before you,

for the anointing of your presence satisfies me like nothing else.

You are such a rich banquet of pleasure to my soul.

6-7I lie awake each night thinking of you

and reflecting on how you help me like a father.

I sing through the night under your splendor-shadow,

offering up to you my songs of delight and joy!

8With passion I pursue and cling to you.

Because I feel your grip on my life,

I keep my soul close to your heart.

9Those who plot to destroy me shall descend into the darkness of hell.

10They will be consumed by their own evil

and become nothing more than dust under our feet.

11These liars will be silenced forever!

But with the anointing of a king I will dance and rejoice

along with all his devoted lovers who trust in him.

We declare over Jeffco Psalm 16: Preserve me, O God, for in You I put my trust.

2O my soul, you have said to the Lord,

“You are my Lord,

My goodness is nothing apart from You.”

3As for the saints who are on the earth,

“They are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight.”

4Their sorrows shall be multiplied who hasten after another god;

Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer,

Nor take up their names on my lips.

5O Lord, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup;

You maintain my lot.

6The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places;

Yes, I have a good inheritance.

7I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel;

My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.

8I have set the Lord always before me;

Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.

9Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices;

My flesh also will rest in hope.

10For You will not leave my soul in Sheol,

Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.

11You will show me the path of life;

In Your presence is fullness of joy;

At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

We ask that You, LORD draw the people into Your Presence and they will receive Your joy.

Psalm 8:1-4: O Lord, our Lord,

How excellent is Your name in all the earth,

Who have set Your glory above the heavens!

2Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants

You have ordained strength,

Because of Your enemies,

That You may silence the enemy and the avenger.

3When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers,

The moon and the stars, which You have ordained,

4What is man that You are mindful of him,

And the son of man that You visit him?

We ask for Holy Spirit to come and fill all in Jeffco with Jesus.

Psalm 92: It is good to give thanks to the Lord,

And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High;

2To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning,

And Your faithfulness every night,

3On an instrument of ten strings,

On the lute,

And on the harp,

With harmonious sound.

4For You, Lord, have made me glad through Your work;

I will triumph in the works of Your hands.

5O Lord, how great are Your works!

Your thoughts are very deep.

6A senseless man does not know,

Nor does a fool understand this.

7When the wicked spring up like grass,

And when all the workers of iniquity flourish,

It is that they may be destroyed forever.

8But You, Lord, are on high forevermore.

9For behold, Your enemies, O Lord,

For behold, Your enemies shall perish;

All the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.

10But my horn You have exalted like a wild ox;

I have been anointed with fresh oil.

11My eye also has seen my desire on my enemies;

My ears hear my desire on the wicked

Who rise up against me.

12The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree,

He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

13Those who are planted in the house of the Lord

Shall flourish in the courts of our God.

14They shall still bear fruit in old age;

They shall be fresh and flourishing,

15To declare that the Lord is upright;

He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.

We declare freshness, flourishing and fruit bearing for the ekklesia.

We ask for fresh anointing for service for the Kingdom of God.

Intercession

John 15:5: “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

John 4:14: And I find that the strength of Christ’s explosive power infuses me to conquer every difficulty.

We acknowledge our need for You, LORD.

Education/Jeffco Schools-

We ask for our children, and the staff to be strengthened by the Holy Spirit and the Presence of the LORD.

We pray for every spiritual and physical need to be met.

Families-

We ask for grace for families to withstand the attack of the evil one.

Ephesians 3:9-13: and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; 10to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him. 13Therefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

We break off the effects of the evil one.

We ask for supernatural strength to be given to families.

We declare Isaiah 40:10: Behold, the Lord God shall come with a strong hand,

And His arm shall rule for Him;

Behold, His reward is with Him,

And His work before Him.

11He will feed His flock like a shepherd;

He will gather the lambs with His arm,

And carry them in His bosom,

And gently lead those who are with young.

Church-

2 Corinthians 3:12-18: Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech— 13unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away. 14But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. 15But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. 16Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

We ask for Holy Spirit to come and fill us afresh and anew.

We command the spirit of religion to leave the church.

We ask for cleansing fire of the Holy Spirit to come to burn the wood, hay and stubble from the church.

We ask according to Thessalonians 5:23-24: Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.

We break off the spirit of entertainment that distracts people from the true worship of Jesus.

Isaiah 3: And in that day you will say:

“O Lord, I will praise You;

Though You were angry with me,

Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me.

2Behold, God is my salvation,

I will trust and not be afraid;

‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song;

He also has become my salvation.’ ”

3Therefore with joy you will draw water

From the wells of salvation.

4And in that day you will say:

“Praise the Lord, call upon His name;

Declare His deeds among the peoples,

Make mention that His name is exalted.

5Sing to the Lord,

For He has done excellent things;

This is known in all the earth.

6Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion,

For great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!”

We declare the wells of salvation are being re-dug now in Jesus’ Name.

We repent for relinquishing our God-ordained roles and responsibilities.

We ask for fresh oil to burn the in the lamps of the ekklesia.

We cast out non-committal, laziness, apathy and complacency from among us.

We declare a release of spiritual fervor.

Government-

We declare the government of all mountains of influence are now being set in heaven’s order.

We ask for forgiveness of not honoring the position of men in all the mountains of influence.

We declare that men take their God-given position in all areas of culture.

Media-

We declare that righteousness springs forth into and through media.

We break off the power of the media to hook children into wickedness.

Arts/Entertainment-

We ask for Arts/Entertainment to be weeded out of evil and planted with the thoughts and intents of God.

We call forth the gospel and the testimony of Jesus into all Arts/ Entertainment and Media venues in Jeffco.

Hosea 4:6: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

Because you have rejected knowledge,

I also will reject you from being priest for Me;

Because you have forgotten the law of your God,

I also will forget your children.

We ask for the release of fresh vision from the LORD over all in Jeffco.

We repent for rejecting Your word, LORD.

We repent of unbelief.

We call people of Jeffco into the secret place of the Most High according to Psalm 91 so that they will benefit from His protection and provision according to Psalm 91.
