We decree that the ecclesia of Colorado and Kingdom Stewards Network will go deep into the archives of Heaven to discover and implement God's forever proactive strategies for Colorado. We bind all distractions and diversions that would cause reactive and/or vengeful responses by His people. Nothing surprises the Lord and we bind our minds and spirits to the Fathers' heart and mind, in Jesus Name.
