We ask You to join us today, Holy Spirit. We honor You today. Show us how You would have us pray.

Life
Faye is the director of Colorado Life Initiative. Lord, we thank You for Colorado Life Initiative’s fight for Life and babies in the womb. Lord, we ask for their protection for Life from the destroyer-may he Passover. We pray for Faye and her team as they present in Denver next week regarding speaking life not death into the Colorado Constitution.
We declare Colorado values life!
Churches
We thank You, Lord, for the Easter season. The depth of the sacrifice of Jesus’ death on the cross for our sin. Such an act of love. All praise to You for His resurrection giving us life and hope! We have read in Your Word of how the disciples reacted seeing they were human. Jesus, we are so grateful for the eyewitness accounts of those who You appeared to after Your resurrection.
Heavenly Father we ask Morgan County and Colorado will be places of Your refuge and strength. Bring people to church who have not been to church. Lord, speak to hearts of Your desire for them to draw closer. May they open their Bibles to learn more of You. Through Your Word may they learn to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves
Government
We ask the governments in Morgan County and Colorado will turn back to Christ. We repent for our state and our county and the evil that has been done. Oh, Lord, have mercy. Jesus came that we might have life and life abundantly. No other God(s) before You. May the good news of Jesus Christ be shared in the political realm. All glory to You, Lord!
Lord, be with the non-profits in Morgan County. We ask for testimonies about the good work they are doing. Give each one Your guidance, Lord. Give them Your wisdom and discernment. Bring corrections if needed. Thank You, for caring people wanting to help others.
The end of this week is the Republican assembly in Pueblo. Lord, tear down the high places. We bind up and cast down the dissention. Bring to the delegates Your wisdom and discernment. Bring Your rain of refreshment. The dry ground will not mourn anymore. Raise up a candidate for governor to change Colorado and put down sin. Bring Your conviction to do the right thing in everyone’s heart. We ask for unity in Your Will, Lord.
Lord, we ask for Your protection for President Trump, his family, and those with him. Keep Secretary of State, Rubio, safe as he visits different nations. We ask for protection for Vice President Vance, as he travels in Europe. We ask our leaders will stay close to You and they will follow You. Bring in counselors who know You and will speak into their lives. We bind up the enemy’s camp and pull them down. They will not have an ear with the President and his team. May the President walk by the Holy Spirit. Lord, guide him. We thank You for a leader like Donald J. Trump. This coming May 17th, President Trump will rededicate our county to You again. We thank You, Lord, for what You are doing in our nation.
Lord, we ask Congress to pass the Save Act!
Schools and Kids
DJ reported on a recent youth convention in Ft. Collins. The kids came back on fire for Jesus. Lord, may they take that fire to their schools! May Your light shine before others through them. Lord, empower the kids. Fan the flame as they confront the enemy! Lord, we ask for strong youth programs to teach Your Word and Your Ways. We ask they would be Your Light. Lord, ignite the adults. We ask for Godly teachers. We ask ungodly behavior will be confronted. We plead the blood of Jesus over our schools.
Farmers and our land
Bring moisture, Lord, to our county, our state, and the dry lands of the West. Testimony today---our farmers are desperate. Lord, we ask for Your protection from fires. May people be careful and alert. Thank You, Lord, for the watchman.

The World and all of us
The world is in chaos. But our God is good. The same phrase came from the second rescued airman in Iran this past week as is in our prayers today. Lord, give Your Church a bigger picture of what You are doing. Lord, give us courage and boldness to do Your Will. Heb. 10:35. We need You, Lord. There are mountains to move! We ask for a shift to Your Righteous in Colorado! All for Your glory! Amen.
