05-05-25 COPrays Civic Prayer Team Notes


Meeting today at Home Plate. Usually, we meet by phone conference call. Present today: DJ Barrett, Lyn Deal, Donna Reyman, Pat Shriver, and Kathy Zwetzig.


Psalm 62:5 & 6 NKJV “My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved.”

Our next Morgan County Civic Prayer Team meeting will be in person in Ft. Morgan on Monday, May 5th.

The Morgan County Civic Prayer Team engaged in the fight against HB25-1312 today and will continue to pray as the bill goes to the Colorado senate. Thank you to the faithful prayer warriors in Morgan County!

Invitation to attend “Governing Praise at the Colorado Capitol” for Morgan County day: Tuesday, April 8th from 8:30 to 10:30 am. Go to COPrays.org and choose the “Events” dropdown and choose “Pray at the Capitol” for more details. Governing Praise at the Capitol has been going on since 2022. Each county in Colorado has a designated day but anyone can attend any day.
