Lord, we ask You to direct our prayers today,

Isaiah 40:31 NKJV But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint.”

Election

On August 27, 2026, the Morgan County Home Rule Charter Commission approved the proposed home rule charter for Morgan County.  Then on September 1, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners passed Resolution 2026 BCC 38 approving the ballot question and referring the question on the charter to the voters at the November 3, 2026, election. 2 Chronicles 7:14 NKJV “If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

We praise You, Lord, for the honor to pray with You. We ask You will bless our prayers. We ask You will bless the people of Morgan Country and Colorado.

We are reminded of the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32. Father, we ask for common sense to come back into our county, state, and nation. We pray people will read Your WORD to gain Your wisdom and understanding of how they should live.

Lord, we thank You for the rededication of America to You on March 17 of this year. Also, for the 250^th year celebrating our country. Father, You are our life, our God, and our creator. We are messy without You. Thank You for the covenant we have with You that occurred when our forefathers first came to this land. They landed…

We open our call today honoring You, our Lord. Holy Spirit, we ask You to guide our prayers today.

Matthew 7:7-8 NKJV The words of Jesus. “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Lord, we ask for Your Peace as we navigate this life. We know this world is not our home, but we stand as Your followers seeking Your guidance.

Government

We thank You President Trump set aside a rededication to You on May 17^th. We thank You for the proclamations throughout Colorado for our 150^th celebration. We praise You for the scheduled 250-year celebration on July 4^th. Lord, protect all the celebrations during this year. May Your Holy Name be praised!
