Morgan County Prayer Call-August 7, 2023
On the call today: DJ Barrett, Lyn Deal, and Donna Reyman
Psalm 67:1-4 AMP “God be gracious and kindhearted to us and bless us and make His face to shine [with favor] on us, ---That Your way might be known on earth. Your salvation and deliverance among all nations. Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You. Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, For You will judge the people fairly and guide the nations on earth.
Lord may our praises go up like incense to You. We are grateful You welcome us to come to You.
We ask You would prepare and clear the pathway for the elections. Lord, speak to those hearts in Morgan County who You desire to run for office. Bring in support for them, Lord.
Lord, We thank You for the work, Lyn Deal is doing in Morgan County. As Mayor of Ft. Morgan, Lyn has reached out to all people and to all skin colors. She shares Your love, Father, to all people. Seventy percent of the population in the city are of different ethnicities. Ft. Morgan has many refugees as well as other people who have moved to Morgan County because of work available in the industries there.
Father, we ask Your wisdom and guidance for Lyn as she is seeking Your peace and unity for the people of Ft. Morgan. Lord, we ask for Your favor for Lyn as she moves forward in Your love seeking a plan to be shared and implemented in Ft. Morgan and Morgan County. I John 4:16 NKJV “And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.”
Lord, we pray for the churches in Morgan County. Give the leadership Your message to direct them in the way they should go. Lord, bring the message of Your love and peace to all believers in Morgan County. Jesus Christ is our Peace, and we look to You, Father, to reveal Your only begotten son, Jesus Christ through Your Holy Spirit to all the people in Morgan County. Praise You, Lord!
School is starting very soon. Lord, be with the teachers, administrators, children, and the parents to bring unity of purpose in education to the little ones as You would want it done.
Lord, Your heart is to include all people in Your Kingdom. Help us all to look at the heart as Your do. Amen.
