10-02-23 Morgan County COPrays.org call notes.
On the call: Pastor Mark Morris, New Freedom Outreach Center, Berthod, Pat Schriver, and Donna Reyman
Praise to the Lord of All! We honor You today. We ask Your presence to be with us today.
Reading from Psalm 68:1-3 Amp. “Let God arise, and let His enemies be scattered; Let those who hate Him flee before Him, As smoke is driven away, so drive them away; As wax melts before the fire, So let the wicked and guilty perish before [the presence of ] God, But let the righteous be glad; let them be in good spirits before God, Yes, let them rejoice with delight, Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Lift up a song for Him who rides through the desert----His name is the Lord----be in good spirits before Him.”
Lord, we lift the families in Morgan County to You. Father, we ask that You bring more dads to the assignments you have given them for their families. We thank You for the dads who love their children and are teaching them in the way they should go. Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it”. We thank You for the mothers who are caring for their families. Lord bring unity through You into the families in Morgan County.
We pray for our youth. Lord, help create more youth activities in the churches in Morgan County. Bring in the volunteers to help with those youth groups. Youth are our future and the future of the Church.
