EAGLE CPT Testimony

During last month’s prayer session, we were blessed to have Brita Horn, candidate for

the COGOP chair seat, join us in prayer. But not without a challenge. Our Zoom link

wouldn’t work, but Brita and our team didn’t give in.

Pat Hite, in our team, and Brita attend the same church. Brita was asking for prayers. It

was the perfect opportunity for Pat to invite her to the monthly Monday evening prayer.

We listened to Brita’s concerns. A short list of our prayers:

•  we prayed for Father to give her divine favor and that hearts and minds would be

  turned toward her.

•  that while she might have some idea for a speech on election day, we asked Holy

  Spirit to take her over and to speak His words through her.

•  Brita was clearly in agreement with God’s will; whatever happened on election

  day she would know it was God and honor the result. Our prayer team agreed,

  praying thy Kingdom come; thy will be done in His earthly vessel who was

  sacrificing her life for the cause.

  
  

While in Florida with two of the sisters who had prayed with Brita, we received news

soon after the election through a text from our republication committeewoman, also a

ECPT member, Brita had won.

We also heard our committeewoman prayed down heaven with other prayer warriors in

attendance during the meeting. Amen!
